An existing 21 unit apartment building will be substantially enlarged with the addition of 9 new units at the base of the building. At the same time, the building will be seismically upgraded. The 9 new units include a mix of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 3 Mezzanine lofts with large expanses of glass that feature views of downtown.

The project maximizes the development potential of the property by utilizing a mix of Type V-B and Type I-A non-combustible podium construction installed beneath the existing structure.
