4,400 square foot new home near the top of the hills above downtown Tiburon. The house takes advantage of unsurpassed views of the entire bay. The challenging site required a careful design response to remain integrated with the hillside and neighboring homes while maximizing views from within. The home is currently under construction with a completion date of Fall 2025. The project is a partnership with Sean Bailey Design.
